This physical painting on panel is part of my “Sampler Sketchbook” series, which opened this Summer at The Goodfoot music venue in Portland. This composition is part of a sequence that demonstrates sampling vinyl records into the classic Ensoniq EPS performance sampler. The first step is to load the Operating System Diskette into the disk drive and turn on the EPS sampler.
Stenciled spray paint grids with teal and pink for that cool 80’s vibe.
